While it is entirely possible to navigate design independently, many clients arrive at my studio after investing significant time, energy, and financial resources into decisions that ultimately failed to resonate. + I am getting ready to sell my home. When should I contact a home stager?

The earlier the better. Ideally, you want to reach out four to six weeks before you plan to list, which gives your realtor and me enough time to assess the property, make a plan, and have everything in place before the photographer arrives. That said, if your timeline is shorter, please still reach out. I will always do my best to work with where you are. A well-staged home in Traverse City will attract more buyers and sell for more, and that is worth prioritizing even when time feels tight.

Our studio operates out of Traverse City, managing residential and commercial transformations across Northern Michigan and nationwide. If your property is located outside our primary region and you wish to explore a creative alignment, we are always delighted to evaluate the possibilities of a project!

+ What is the difference between full-service design and a consultation?

Choose a consultation if you are looking for professional guidance but prefer to handle the ordering and installation yourself. This collaborative session defines your project’s visual and functional framework, leaving you with a concrete design plan ready for independent execution.
